I'm an award-winning advertising photographer specializing in food, lifestyle, and agriculture.
I bring a fresh perspective to stories about people, food and agriculture because I was a small-scale vegetable farmer for many years before I became a photographer. My love affair with food is rooted in the earth and I have a love and admiration for those who work so hard to produce it. This comes through in all I do; I can't help but tell stories through a personal and passionate lens.
Whether in the studio, on location, or in a field, I strive for imagery that is vibrant, full of heart and life, and that feels personal and tangible. I approach all my projects with a goal of real world beauty, accessibility, inclusivity, and playfulness.
I'm based out of Minneapolis, MN and shoot as a local in Houston, Austin, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and NYC.
